Up all night

Pretty sure my son has been trying to exit the womb via my belly tonight between hard pushing out, pushing up into my ribs and hitting my cervix more than he has in the past 2 weeks within hours. I've tried flipping into all sorts of positions and even woke up poor DH to help me! Needless to say I am not going into work within the next 2 hours bc no sleep = danger for my patients. So mad that I had to call but I know it's the right move. Now if only this boy would sush so I can get some sleep! Anyone else?

I swear she swapped my belly button out for a disco ball tonight. She is only quiet when I'm sitting up... And I can't sleep sitting up.

I have a history of insomnia, so I know what it feels like to try and function on no sleep whatsoever. Sorry you're having a sucky time!

My baby has found a little pocket of fun just around my right hip bone. It feels like she's trying to squirm around to my back or something. However, it goes without saying that we'd all rather be up all night feeling our babies go nuts, than worrying about them not moving enough.

Add me to the insomnia club. LO has been head butting my cervix all night- it's like she's trying to push herself out to say "sup guys?!"
Also, I'm pretty sure I've gotten strep throat so that's a lot of fun.

Babies aren't keeping me up, but the stupid piece of construction equipment next door is. It was running all day on a generator and was super loud. They plugged it in for the night which made it quieter, but now it's started turning on and off. I will be so glad when they're done with that house.

I could fall asleep last night with the heartburn. Then woke up two hours later to my neighbor's little party going on in the condo above us. If I heard a girl "woo hoo" one more time and keep walking around in her heels at 1am any longer, they were going to have one angry pregnant lady at their door. Tempted to call and make a compliant today, but I will be having a crying baby here soon, so it is a toss up. Soo tired this morning and driving 5 hours to my parents for a baby shower this weekend.

Hope you all get some much needed rest this weekend!

That's my little man too. It's why it was so odd that he was going crazy all last night and keeping me up. I was finally able to fall asleep around 430 this morning. Today is going to be a lazy day as long as my nesting accepts it lol

also not sleeping well. maybe 3 hours last night? dragging today, but thankful it is Friday.

LO has been up a lot overnight, but last night did the strangest acrobatics that actually made me jump up in bed. Don't be getting any ideas baby.....night time is for sleeping, not playing!!!!
