Someone on TTGP posted a thread about this, and the responses were so funny I thought I'd post it on here and see if anyone had any good ones. Anyone got any song lyrics you've misheard?

I thought "bring me a higher love" was "bring me a pie of love"

I also thought "Oh think twice, it's another day for You and me in paradise" was "oh think twice, it's just another day, you and me, a pair of dice" when I was little

Also, my friend's kid put this in my head..he heard G6 by Ke$ha and was walking around singing "like a cheese stick"..which is now the lyric I hear every time I'm subjected to that song

I'm sure I have a few but can't think of any right now, but the kids I watch thought that song by Kesha was "like c cheese stick" too haha. Also when they sing row row row your boat at the end they would say "life's a butter dream"

Hahaha, me too! I still don't know what the correct words are, but I always hth thought it was "wrapped up in a douche in the night."

Oh and "there's a bathroom on the right." Instead of "A bad Moon on the rise. "

I literally mess up so many song lyrics!

'I'm going down, I'm yelling timber', by Kesha, I thought it was I'm yelling tuna and then the song Radioactive by Imagine Dragons, I thought every time they sang 'I'm radioactive' it was 'I'm ready to rock you'! I even asked SO why the song was called Radioactive because it just didn't make sense to me, he had a good laugh at my expense.

There's this song by Kenny Rogers that goes, " you've picked a fine time to leave me Lucille four hungry children and a crop in the field" well I thought he was saying " four hundred children and a crop in the field" and when I was sixteen I told my mom whelk no wonder she left him. My dad still laughs about it
