Loose green stools since Saturday

This a long post since my LO is almost 6 months and has has very loose stools that vary in shades of green since Saturday. Sometimes they are like green with a little yellow and then back down to a kelly or evergreen color. LO has not been fussy, drooly, or has made me think something is wrong otherwise.

Friday night we tried peas, but that has been the only new food. That night, she had some very dry skin, looked like ring worm, but doc said it's most like ezecema.

I called the LC and she doesn't think it's a foremilk/hind milk imbalance, and thinks it could be due to teething.

I called the pedi and talked to the nurse. She said not to worry since LO has not ran a fever and isn't acting different. She asked if it was diarrhea, and I told her I wasn't sure since LO is EBF. Her stools are always loose. Well, I think it's diarrhea because it squirts right out and I'm changing diapers left and right. She had a small diaper rash that is getting better now.

I'm wondering if she is having a lactase problem. I've read that the poop would be green and full of mucus. I'm not sure if I'm really seeing mucus in it.

I'm at a loss and not sure what to do! Bring her into the office or wait it out? TIA!

    Right around the time we started solids, in very small amounts, DS had some slow down of pooping.  About 4-5 days later, he had a massive blowout.  This was followed by at least a week of frequent green poops.  Lots of fun!  It did clear up soon thereafter.  Our pedi said the same thing: if he seemed to be feeling fine (he was), no fever, no vomiting, not excessively fussy, then they weren't concerned.  They said green (or yellow, brown etc.) was fine, only to worry if poop was black, bloody or white.  

    ETA: and our LO is also teething, which supposedly can result in lots of saliva being swallowed and causing intestinal irritation / green poop.

    Vacation, break, second opinions, on to new RE.
    1/2013 Surprise chemical pregnancy BFP #4 (break cycle), IVF #3 postponed.
    2/2013 TI w/ hormonal support, prednisone, aspirin, Lovenox, acupuncture gave us a miracle BFP #5!
    Heartbeat on U/S at 6w1d!     Baby,please stay!!
    Our miracle baby boy arrived 10/2013!  We are so in love!!

    10/2014 Surprise BFP #6
    Our second daughter arrived in May 2015!  We are so grateful!
