Am I missing anything, at least to start with? So far I have:

24 x Infant Bummis prefolds
7 small/size 1 fitted (2xthirsties, 2xSloomb Bamboo and 3xKissaluvs)
7 small covers (6xbummis covers, 1xThirsites)
1 wool soaker cover
6 one size (2xtot bots easy fit and 4x kawaii)

I'm registering for (or will buy) some more one size/pockets and some larger fitteds/covers for later.

    Agree with pp. also it sounds like you have access to washer everyday (newborns go through a ton of diapers). I'm going to assume you have cloth safe washing detergent, and all your diaper rash creams and such are cloth safe as well.
    I also got myself a pack of flats. Super easy to pad fold to use if you run out of prefolds, works as a burp cloth, shade screen, cover up, changing pad. So many things. Also I am a but obsessed with my flats, I love them and use them more than prefolds. There can be a learning curve but YouTube has a ton of great how-to.

    It looks like 31 changes to me? Seems like enough to get you started. If you find you need more, you can always some.

    In addition to the wet bag, pail, and cloth-safe cream, I'd add Snappi fasteners as well if you don't already have them.

    @spacepotatoes‌ guess I can't add when it is morning :) 31 is good number, I just had 24 stuck in my head and my brain refused at add.

    Wet bags. At least one for the nursery and one for the diaper bag of not 2 of each. Diaper sprayer. I would add probably 10-12 more prefolds.

    I have 46 changes for EOD washing, it is more than I need probably, BUT I would say you def need more than 31 changes and some of your changes are OS which may not work for a while.  I'd say invest in a few more fitteds or prefolds.

    Thanks everyone for your feedback! I'm good with all the accessories mentioned.
    Looks like I'll be picking up a few more NB size changes.
