I was going to post this on 3/9, dd's birthday, but I forgot!
I stalked this group before she was born and it helped a TON! DD was 3.5 weeks early and she had some low blood sugars for ~24 hours (I have type 1 diabetes). She only ever received 1/2 ounce of formula to help with her first low blood sugar. After that, I'd bf, then pump, then spoon feed. After the first 48 hours, it was smooth sailing! I know I'm not the norm, but aside from 2 rounds of mastitis and a mild case of thrush, bfing has been fantastic!
I sincerely thank you all for being such a wonderful source of information and support! I know this board was a huge part of our success

ETA-this board was also the reason I caught my lipase issue! Thank you for saving my baby's stash!!!
