Whoa, where does the time go? My DS is starting VPK .... :(

I just finished doing all the paperwork through our county to get DS eligible for VPK. Then I went to the school we chose and registered him. I can't believe he will start school in August. Time flies. I feel like I just had him. I'm a little sad.

I remember doing this last year. Now my DD will be starting kindergarten this summer (homeschooling). How do I have a kindergartener already :-O

I feel the same way!! I registered my daughter for pre k too ans now I just wanna cry

she's getting so big so fast. I know I'm going to cry when I drop her off for her first day

Yes. I am sure it is probably called different things in different areas. I live in Florida and I am pretty sure it was called VPK when I went in IL. Now that was some time ago, but yes, it's the early childhood program.

My daughter starts preschool next year, too! Montessori school starts at 3, and she'll be in a classroom with 3, 4, and 5 year olds. She's starting to be one of the "big kids"
