After being one of those on here who has started advocating as little strenuous exercise as possible. I in honor of the first day of spring and finally not snowing walked a mile and feel better than I have in days :)

  • I'm going to leave the flaming to the professionals and just say that it's been really tough to keep up with regular exercise in the last month or so. I've barely done any. I forced myself to do some yoga last weekend and while I couldn't make it all the way through my usual workout, I felt a lot better after the portion I did. I'm trying to remind myself of the benefits in order to motivate myself to keep going, even if it's just once a week.

  • That's funny. I finally went on a mile walk today and now feel extremely tired. But I've never been one to get that energy high from working out, hence why I hardly ever do it it real life.

  • I went for a longer than usual walk last Sunday and then was SO sore/crampy/contracting for 3 days after...I guess my body just doesn't want me to exercise.

  • Exercise? Hasn't been in my schedule for 7+ months now. I'm as happy as can be.

  • My exercise regime consists of walking to and from my car and walking around the grocery store, trying to decide what to have for lunch or if i should just get lots of chocolate.

    05/03/14 - Bobbie Gloria was born at 39+6 weighing 6lb 14oz!

  • Shoot, I crossfit every other day! On my off days, I Zumba and then go jump on a trampoline.
