Blisters :(

Wth. E looked perfectly fine this morning. I just picked her up from DC, she was soaking wet, had leaked through a Freetime during nap time so pantsless, and when I changed her, she had 4 bright red blisters. She's also bright red in her crack right by her booty hole. Thoughts? Comments? Suggestions?

They get it from me on the reg. her last day is next Thursday.
But why suddenly drinking and peeing so much, and why the blisters? And what to do about them?

Air time as much as you can. Do you have any boudreaux or triple butt paste? My pedi recommended the higher zinc content for that kind of stuff.

Well it's almost bedtime, so air time will be very limited. But I can do a sposie w Boudreaux's. :(
Any thoughts on the excessive thirst?

Oh, I guess I left that part out. Hello.

She has drinken 2 full sippy cups of water on the 45 minutes since we got home, and asked for more. She's now drinking milk with her dinner. That's much more than usual. But since she leaked through a dipe at DC, and was soaked when I got her home, I don't think she was water deprived during the day you know?

I know excessive thirst can be linked to diabetes, but I hope there is something much more basic going on...

I know that too, but I'm not going to jump to conclusions. Especially not extreme ones. Maybe she just didn't drink enough yesterday?

Sorry MK, totally missed your questions.
There are 2 blisters on each side, sort of midway between the front and back, and about an inch outside the crack.
They do have MF. I wouldn't put it past DC to eff up again. But would it cause blisters immediately? I always thought it would start with dryness. And only blister if prolonged.

G blisters pretty quickly after MF exposure. The good news is for him a little CJ s clears it up ON usually.

Omg I'm a terrible mom.  MH changed her this morning, and I didn't even look to see how she was, or say anything to DC about it.  MH didn't see them yesterday, but said they were small, so I'm taking that as improvement.  And I had him call to make sure they are using unscented wipes.  FX we can just make it through the day without them getting worse.

You're not terrible! It's hard to remember everything!
Hopefully they are better, maybe you could call and ask how it looks / remind them how the flaps work??
