New Swaddle product -

https://www.lovetodream.com.au/ - just coming to the States now :)

It looks pretty cool - lets babies be swaddled and mouth their hands. I might look into a 50/50 when the time comes to transition him out of the swaddle!

Re: New Swaddle product -

  • My question - how do they get that baby to smile like that? It must be photoshopped, right?

  • My LO can't handle being swaddled without being able to touch her face. So we use a swaddle pod but don't zip up the last inch or so, with her hands up or out. I was told this is a typical way of transitioning to swaddle free sleeping too.

  • What if LO wants to stretch out arms? It doesn't look like there is room for that.

This looks strange to me but if it works it works!

  • I guess I should have been more specific. The arms up like that looks like it could get uncomfortable over time compared to being down at the sides.
Granted, LO'S are more flexiable so maybe not.

  • My LO loves being swaddled, we only swaddle at night because she'll sleep longer, and it we don't swaddle get hands in she wakes herself up.

But during the day she sleeps with her hands above her head like above, so I will for sure be looking Into these for naps!
