AW: Two years!

I almost let today go by without AWing! My baby boy turned 2 today and we are still happily nursing. I never thought I'd be nursing a toddler, but now I can't imagine not nursing him! It is a wonderful way for us to reconnect and calm him (and me sometimes!) down. Whereas before he was born I had a goal of nursing him for 1 year, now I just take it day by day. :)
I am so grateful for this board! It has helped me in so many ways, too many to list. Thank you to everyone!

    Congrats on making it to two years.

    I am interested in hearing how if at all it had changed from 1 to 2, ie how often?  Does he drink anything out of a sippy with meals or snacks.  Did you pump at all after 1?

    I only ask because I am still currently nursing my 12 month old. I wanted to wean soon but because of allergies I might keep going for a bit.

    Aw, thank you everyone!!
    @jllmb79‌ I still pumped after 12 mo, which I was not planning on, but he was still nursing a lot. I was pumping 2x/day and gradually pushed the sessions later in the day until it made sense to just have a midday pump. Then I pushed that one later and later until I could just wait to nurse until after work. That didn't happen until about 15 mo. :/ We had him drinking water from a sippy during the day.
