I am beyond frustrated right now, and I don't even know who it is I'm upset with! Here's the short(er) version: My insurance issued a check to my bank on Monday, 3/10 for the payoff of my vehicle loan (the one that got totaled); they sent it regular mail. I was told it could take up to 10 business days for the check to arrive. I have called my bank and checked my online account every day since they issued the check. The bank has yet to receive the check.

1. Who sends a nearly $12,000 check in the regular mail?

2. I just made another monthly payment on my car loan, even thought I don't own that car anymore.

3. I am stuck using my Grandmother-in-law's car until I go buy another car (and she's been on us to get it back to her.) (We don't have rental car coverage on our auto insurance, and can't pay out of pocket right now - it's been nearly a month since the wreck).

4. I can't go car shopping until my bank gets that check and applies it to our account, and we reapply for a car loan, and get approved, etc...

So, as great as my insurance has been in taking care of things and all that, I think I'm going to TP them for sending a check that large and important via regular mail.

@morethansparrows08 Insurance companies send checks that large all the time in the regular mail - they suck. Sorry that it's all such a mess.

TP to my BIL and future SIL who aren't coming to Easter this year at my house because future SIL's sister just had a baby. Really? You couldn't just say that you were going to the sister's house? You had to add the "just had a baby" in? Ouch. I know that they didn't mean it that way - but ouch - it still hurt.

In the future, can you put a "baby mentioned" warning? I know it's still the TP thread, but it's still very much appreciated.

TP to my SIL (again) for her comment to my husband yesterday when he explained to her why we high tailed it out of the b-day party on Sunday. "Well you hurt me and I just don't get it. People have MC's all the time and handle it differently." Well B, we are not everyone else when you tell us u are PG for the 2nd time in 2 years and we can't seem to get PG.

Husband said he wants to put us in a room with boxing gloves. I'd annihilate her.

TP to my GI doctor who also treats one of my co-workers. During an appointment, I explained to him that I've had 3 miscarriages and asked if there was a correlation with any of my GI issues. A few months after that appt. my co-worker (who also sees him) shouts "Are you pregnant?! Doctor "S" asked me if you were??"..I wanted to seriously TP him AND her! Nobody at work knows what I'm going through and I want to keep it that way. I feel like he totally broke a patient confidentiality rule or something. Today she asked me again, because she's nosy and annoying. Ugh. b-(

@flgrl531 It is absolutely illegal that your GI doctor even mention to the other girl that he knows you, let alone let her know any personal information. Your rights are strongly protected by HIPPA. I would absolutely call the office and file a complaint. You may not get anything out of it personally, but it will be a wake up call to that doctor and maybe he will be more careful in the future.

*** Stupidity with not a BFP and mention of loss below*****

A big fatty TP to my RE nurses who keep referring to my fluctuating hcg level as a pregnancy....and calling me today to tell me that its not viable. URGH!!!! Someone needs to put a big old f***ing NOTE in my chart that says , "Baby died, don't tell her she's pregnant"

@peggels24‌ - I'm so sorry that happened - I don't understand why people don't realize we don't want to hear about babies. At all. Period.

@LeighaG‌ -TP to your SIL - that is so insensitive and hurtful of her.

@flgrl521‌ - TP to your doctor, and I agree with PP, that is completely illegal and so upsetting!

@kflynn81 - TP to your doctors office! I do not understand why they can't mark our files in some way! The hospital did it when we were there delivering Colton, why can't your office work out a system and treat us a little more respectfully. So sorry!

@fightersince83 - ((hugs)). My assumption would be she probably just doesn't know what to say, but I'm sorry. That is still so incredibly hurtful.
