Haven't gotten any comments yet, but can't hurt to be prepared! Unlike this lady, I'm probably flip out if someone asked if i was due when i was only 15 weeks....

Favorite response and kind of can't wait to try is #2.

I got the 'You know what causes that, right?' comment already and my response was, 'Yeah! And we like it!' Shut him up. :-)

I was told "Wait until you are fat and you waddle" from my wonderful Dad. Dad of the year! I almost told him he's fat and waddles now but at least I will have a excuse when it happens LOL!

My SIL loves to say "Just wait/You'll see" more in regards to parenting than pregnancy or delivery, but it still burns my buns. She thinks she's this wonderful parent when in reality of all the young parents (my age-ish) I know, I think she's the worst.

I'm not really showing yet, so the only comments I've gotten are "how are you doing?" from friends and family that know. But I'm almost waiting for someone to try to grab my stomach 'cause I will probably flip the fuck out. I'm already a "don't touch me" kind of person. DH has already been grabbing, but he's a grabby kind of guy, and that's ok

When we told my mom the baby's name, she asked if that's what we were REALLY going to call her and made this face. I said, "No, her real name is Bubba."

When I posted our announcement photo on Facebook our cousins girlfriend commented "I can't believe how much your showing already!" Now she was over our house last month babysitting so DH and I could go out to eat (very rare anymore) and I had mentioned to her how I felt so big already. So she was probably just commenting based on that conversation. She is also young, 18 or 19 and may not quite get that etiquette just yet. So I didn't hold it against her, but I didn't respond either.

I've never heard anyone ask a pregnant woman "you know what causes that right?" that blows my mind! I expect the "oh you look like you're ready to pop" when you're only 20 some weeks or "you're so big already" when you didn't even think you were showing at all but that is just awkward. If anyone says anything to me about my size or waddling or getting stretch marks etc I told them (with my DD) that I'm happily growing a beautiful baby girl and as long as she's a chunky little thing when she is born it'll all be worth it! Once they realize you don't care about how you look because you're more concerned about the healthy of your unborn child they tend to shut up pretty quickly.

I'm attempted to get/make the 'I'm not Buddha' and 'Can't Touch This' shirts for when i have to go grocery shopping and such. Maybe that will at least prevent strangers from doing it...? Or I have a death look that seems to work pretty well on anyone for anything, the look says it all, 'what in the fuck do you think your doing?'

I'm still bumpless and getting comments about my "bump" from people staring at my fat. I also have admittedly some strong opinions about parenting and if I ever slightly disagree with something my MIL thinks is fact, I get wait until the baby's here. She raised her kids in a different generation as a teenager, but thinks she has advice from above.

I like the t-shirt idea. I was going to brush up on my white girl karate skills. Or, you know...there's the old "BAD TOUCH!!!!" standby

If you hate to be touched as much as I do, you'll love this one. When I was six months along with my DD, I went to a nail salon for my best friends wedding and there were a couple of nail techs that tried to do the belly rub, but I was able to deflect their hands before there was actual touching. Then, out of nowhere, one of the techs I had "denied" comes up from behind me and runs her hand down my right boob and rubs my belly. Two of my friends saw it and their mouths just dropped. I told her I came for a manicure, not a mamogram, thanks! She just mumbled something and walked away but nobody went in for the grab again.

We're in Disney World now. And this is my third in like three years. So I've still got a little leftovers from DD2 along with new stuff. So I've gotten "you know what caused that, right?" "you don't have a tv in your house, do you?" and my personal favorite (insert sarcastic font) "you're still so young, just wait till your my age". DH is 28 and I'm 27...
