Alright ladies the moment of truth, I gained a pound! It's all on me, I haven't worked out in about 3wks, today that changes.
Anyone have any changes you'd like to change starting today?
I am actually down to 254 even! Not that it's a good number but it's a start.
I have been trying to eat a lot better this week, we went out and I ordered a baked chicken with sauteed mushrooms, corn and fries (for Morgan) and drank lemonaid instead of soda.
I've been trying to be good, I need to start working out though. I'm hoping the weather will start getting nicer so I can get out.
190.0 I haven't worked out in about a month and would really like to get in the groove again. Every time I plan time to something comes up or I just don't so it.
246 ish (it's been a couple of days since I weighted in..our scale battery died)...since we are buying a new house and our mortgage payment is increasing each month, we've had to cx our gym membership (not like either one of us has been in months anyway)...there is a park by the new house where we can walk when it's nice, but to be honest I don't know how much of that we'll actually do...I am still doing ok as far as weight loss- I think it's the combination of having to chase DD around and having to share food with her every time I eat around her...We got some stressful news about the house we're selling today and it's been hard not to eat all the junk food I can get my hands on, but I'm doing decently as far as refraining...
