Baby needing surgery

I am due next month and my son has a heart condition which will require immediate care. He might be ok with medication, but if not he will need to have heart surgery. Do any moms here have experience with their baby having a serious condition that required surgery? I'm really nervous about how things will work out.

    Hello! My oldest had open heart surgery when she was 2. The only real thing to say is that it is horribly difficult to go through and you should prepare yourself by having a solid support system. Feel free to message me if you'd like to chat more or ask more questions.
