pregnant with twins and spotting 6 weeks

Hi I'm six weeks pregnant with twins post IVF and started spotting lightly. Have any of you has the same experience? My fertility specialist says it's nothing to worry about, but I'm quiet nervous.

    I full on bled in week 7. Subchorionic hemorrhage which is very common especially in twin pregnancies. Perhaps ask for an u/s to ease your worry. Gl to you!!
