  Measuring big doesn't mean the baby will come early. My friend was just induced at 42w because she was showing no sign of going into labor any time soon. She had been consistently measuring 2w ahead the entire pregnancy.

  Even if it comes to having to get a growth scan they may see that the baby is normal size and there may not be a concern. A lot of people measure big and some measure small and they end up having perfectly normal sized babies. I'm sure they wouldn't induce as early as April if it has to be done.
