Oatmeal, breakfast bars, instant shakes, cereal, peanut butter toast, bagel, breakfast sandwich, trail mix. (Just suggestions, I don't eat all of these for breakfast)

Things i would actually eat.... I'm a brat.
I thought I was picky! Lol
How about: fruit, cottage cheese, muffins, waffles (either frozen or made ahead of time & then frozen), cheese stick...
Cheese stick is also regularly on my menu!! Lol i should get cottage cheese though.
On mornings I have to leave early I usually eat a Larabar (currently obsessed with the ALT ones that have 10g of protein). I also do toast or waffle with PB and a banana. I make muffins in bulk and freeze them too. Seeds and nuts are easy to grab for protein too. We always have pumpkin seeds and almonds in the house.
I don't like PB. No waffles/toast/ or muffins. Seeds sound good though.
I often have whole wheat toast w/ natural peanut butter. Greek yogurt (pffftt) with homemade granola. And sometimes green smoothies.. or strawberry banana smoothies.
They're kind of soft and chewy, almost like a soft cookie, which was kind of a surprise when I first made them. Definitely add the brown sugar though unless you love things bland.
Make muffins on the weekend and freeze them. (I make mine out of nut flours to be gluten free - they also have less sugar and more fat/protein.) Make extra pancakes on the weekend (ditto the nut flour bit from above) and freeze them. Then heat them in the microwave in the morning and make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with them. Make hardboiled eggs the night before and put them in the fridge. Have with a banana or apple. Scramble eggs in the morning with a veggie in them (I like kale for this) and cheese if you like it. Put peanut butter on a rice cake and eat. (A nice generous layer of peanut butter. )
ETA (after reading the thread): What's the beef with muffins?! How about that whole "omlette in a muffin tin" thing made ahead and frozen?
I don't eat breakfast on weekdays unless you count coffee, but have you guys tried making scrambled eggs in the microwave? I haven't tried it, but a friend said you just put it in a coffee mug, add some milk, stir and then microwave and you have scrambled eggs in like 30 seconds.
I keep fancy instant oatmeal in my desk at work. In the summer I usually have either yogurt or cottage cheese.
About half the time in the winter I make a dozen egg muffins at a time. We have a large enough freezer at work, and a microwave, and those will last me three weeks. If you bake the eggs in a whoopie pie pan, they're the same size as an English muffin. And you can toast the muffins in the oven at the same time you're baking the eggs.

Keifer smoothie with frozen strawberries.....mmmmmmm....that is my go to breakfast and quick.
Oatmeal and blueberries.
Granola with vanilla flavoured yogurt.
On weekends I will have an omlette.
