  This is a good seat-- some mamas on my DD1's birth board have it. Sounds similar to mine in that you turn a knob to adjust height. Are u able to take a look at it at a nearby store first?

  I'm hoping to do that on Thursday. I want to take LO with me and see what fits him best. But I don't want to go in with no idea which one I like based on research and reviews.

  And then after u try them out in the store.... See if u can find it online cheaper! Yeaaaah! I found Albeebaby.com had my car seat cheapest, especially with no tax and free shipping.

  This is the one we have for my 2.5 year old and I really like it.  I like the knob aspect and he has always been comfortable in it.  We have traveled all over europe and taken it on tons of plane rides across the world with it.  Never had an issue.

  We got the Graco MyRide 70... Its a bit large and wouldn't fit in a small vehicle. We love it though and Mads is so much happier in it.

  I second te Graco MyRide. We have two and absolutely love them. For the price they are one of the few that handle rear facing up to 40lbs.
