Diaper bag question

I did a quick search and found nothing so I hope this isn't a repeated question. What do you typically pack in your diaper bag when you go out? I haven't left my house yet with LO, except for quick doctor visits. So I never packed much...just a couple diapers, wipes, change of clothes, blanket. But now that he's three weeks old, I'm guessing I'll be ready to leave the house with him soon and just wondering what are suggested necessities to pack in the diaper bag. Thoughts?
