T&P's please (updated)

Please send out some t&p's to my little sister's BF. He was in a bad accident yesterday and has multiple injuries (fractured skull, neck broken in 3 places, collapsed sinus & nasal, and a broken femur).
I haven't heard much of an update....sis says they are optimistic, the brain bleeding stopped & sinuses should heal on their own. He's having surgery today to get a rod & pin put in for the broken femur.
I don't know him very well (they don't live close) but he is the best guy she's ever been with in terms of how he treats her & being responsible. She's 3 months pregnant right now & has a 4yo from a previous relationship. I don't even want to think about what would happen if her bf doesn't recover from this. Ugh, makes me sick to my stomach.
Anyway, good vibes please ladies!

Update: just spoke to my sister & he is doing good. Surgery this morning then he should be moved out of icu. He has a long recovery ahead if him but should be fine.
The twist: she told me they've been split up for a month now. Oh, ok. I still hope he recovers quickly of course, I'm just kinda shocked about the whole thing I guess.
