I lost 6 lbs in the past 2 1/2 weeks! Woo-hoo! I have been doing the workouts from DHs website, tracking all of my food, and doing great. I feel so much better already. I have a goal of another 6 in the next 3 1/2 weeks, hope I can do it. Then my trip to Europe (just hoping to maintain there), then back home to lose another 10 to be at pre-baby weight. I know I can do this. I usually have no problem maintaining on vacation even though we eat so much because of the non-stop walking, so I think I should be good.
On the workout front, I have been doing really well. Upping my weights, fitting in 5 days a week. Did a lower body workout this morning that got me nice and fatigued, and feeling sore all through my upper body from yesterday.
How is everyone else doing this week? Hits, misses?

I'm going to the gym tonight. I need to get better about my lunch workouts and start doing more.
@LovelyRitaMeterMaid, what is Isla restricted too? Remember too that losing weight is at least 80% food, 20% workout. You can workout like a maniac and not drop anything if you are eating like crap.
Did you want to lose that much?
