Itching on TOP of hands and feet

So I did a little looking and there is a lot of talk of itchy palms and the soles of your feet, but I broke out with an itchy rash on the tops of my hands and feet, like my knuckles and between my fingers. Anyone else have any experience with this? I have tiny bumps if I itch - and quite honestly at times I just want to itchy my hands off!

    Do you think it's pregnancy related? I think I might call the dr on this one. Can't say I have any experience except when I started having an allergic reaction to meds right after having DS. Allergic reactions tend to be located on my hands/fingers when I have them.
