Clumps clinging to the bottle

This only happens when LO has a bottle of milk that was frozen, never a fresh or refrigerated bottle. But with thawed frozen milk, lots of clumps of milk will cling to the inside of his bottle. After the milk is gone, I'll run it under hot water to see if they will come loose, and they won't. So I'm worried that's all the fat, and LO isn't getting it. Am I not thawing the milk enough? I get it just as warm as if it were fresh. Confused.
