Hi everyone!! Hope we are all having a great week so far!  Let's check-in

1.  What is your EDD/how far along are you?

2.  How have you been feeling this week?

3.  Any big appointments or milestones?

4.  Highlights or struggles of the week?

5.  QOTW: Would you be interested in adding an "optional" 6th question to the check in, and that would be to PIP your weekly bump pic?  I know not everyone is comfortable with bump pics, but I thought it would be a fun little addition to the check in since we don't have a bump pic day on PAL =)  If you're all for it, and would care to share this week, then PIP it up!!

Loss #1: 18w5d.. D&E 04Mar03 BFP #2: Jun2011.. missed miscarriage. D&C 08Jul2011 8w4d. BFP #3: Nov2011.. Our Rainbow Baby!!! DS Born: 15Jul2012! BFP #4: Nov2012.. 2U1 - DS2 born 12Jul2013.  BFP #5: 01Jan2014..3U3!!

    Hi ladies! Hope everyone is having a great week!
    1. 12wks
    2. I have a nasty cold :( i hope DD doesn't get it!
    3. Tomorrow is my 12wk appt which is when we found out we lost our first baby so this appt always makes me worried. Hopefully we hear a beautiful strong HB tomorrow!
    4. Struggles: my cold, highlights: hoping my 12wk appt tomorrow is great.
    5. I'm good with bump pics. I'm feeling more fat right now than baby so I will participate soon If we decide to do it! :)

    TTC since 7/10, BFP#1~6/28/11(4wks2d)~EDD 3/4/12, missed m/c(8wks)~8/12/11, D&C~8/16/11
    BFP#2~12/15/11~EDD 8/25/12, Hannah born 8/22/12~ 7lbs 10oz & 21 in. long. :)

    BFP#3~1/12/14~EDD 9/23/14, Found out baby is a girl!~4/18/14 :)

    Me: 37 DH: 40 TTC since 9/09
    #1 BFP 1/10/11; missed m/c discovered 7w5d
    IF Dx: Endo, hetero MTHFR mutation, poor morphology
    #1 IUI: 1/18/12 = BFN
    #1 IVF/ICSI 4/2/12 = 2 x 7-cell and 1 x 5-cell transferred (3dt) = BFP!!
    H was born at 41w2d on 12/29/12 - be still my heart!
    #2 IVF/ICSI 1/19/14 = 2 x 8 cells transferred (3dt) = BFP!! EDD 10/09/14
    M&W born at 37 weeks on 9/18/14 - I am the momma of 3 boys!!!

    32 weeks and some change.  May 6th

    2.  How have you been feeling this week?
    Frustrated and overwhelmed.  See #3 & 4

    3.  Any big appointments or milestones?
    I had two pretty big appts on Tuesday.  One with the Peri, where I was put on insulin and thyroid meds, and another was an u/s since baby is measuring ahead.  It truly is her measuring ahead...estimated at 6 lbs at just 32 weeks.  More concerning than her size though is that they saw some fluid around her heart.  I guess it's common with GD babies, but googling it scared the shit out of me.

    4.  Highlights or struggles of the week?
    Processing all the info in #3

    5.  QOTW: Would you be interested in adding an "optional" 6th question to the check in, and that would be to PIP your weekly bump pic? 
    I will pass on the bump pics.  You all can put them up if you want.

    1. 12 weeks

    2. Feeling good! Tired as usual, but that's nothing new.

    3. Had an appt on tues and heard baby! It took 2 dopplers and several long minutes, but she found the heartbeat and it sounded great. Next appt is 4/8.

    4. I passed on the nt scan, but now I'm considering the materniT21 test. I struggle a lot with making decisions regarding genetic testing.

    Highlight: my mom noticed my belly yesterday and it was really cute. :)

    5. Sure - I love bump pics.

    Junebug060609 FWIW.. I was GD both times.. I managed to keep it controlled with strict diet control, and low dose of glyburide with DS1 to control my fasting #s (DS2 my fastings were still consistently high, but my A1C was good, so they let it go).. both boys I was told were going to be exceptionally large.  I was even prepped to sign a waiver saying they don't recommend vaginal delivery with DS1 because of shoulder dystocia (sp? it was a while ago).. my ultrasounds predicted him to be 8lbs at my last growth scan around 36w.. he was only 7lbs9oz born 37w3d.  Aidan, I had an ultrasound with MFM 2 hours before delivery where they predicted close to 8lbs.. he was 6lbs13oz.  Both times they told me "normally these measurements are very accurate".. however, my boys were just fine.  I always measured 10+ days ahead on my ultrasounds.  WIth that said, I didn't have and issues with the fluid around the heart.. I'm sorry you're dealing with that also.. but, hopefully it'll clear up on its own now that you're starting insulin.  Also FWIW, my coworker had GD with her daughter and was insulin controlled and she was under 7lbs, too!  She's still a tiny peanut at almost 2!

    Hang in there, Momma.. and keep us posted!  What's the plan for the fluid around the heart?  Just additional u/s to monitor it?  Do they have you scheduled already for when you'll have it re-checked?

    Sorry I have been MIA from this check-in lately!
    1.  What is your EDD/how far along are you? September 11th and 14wks 4 days today

    2.  How have you been feeling this week?  I'm finally starting to not feel so nauseous but now I'm getting headaches more frequently.

    3.  Any big appointments or milestones?  I don't see my OB again until March 28th and I'll be 16wks.  We also scheduled our Anatomy Scan and it's on April 24th!

    4.  Highlights or struggles of the week?  Highlight is that I'm pretty sure I'm starting to feel "flutters" and the struggles have been DS teething.  He is working on his canines and waking at night.  Between that and just general pregnancy fatigue I'm exhausted

    5.  QOTW: Would you be interested in adding an "optional" 6th question to the check in, and that would be to PIP your weekly bump pic?  I would love to see everyones bumps!
