Pumping with kidney disease

I know a few of you out there have various kidney diseases, I have duplex kidneys and lupus (which affects my kidneys as well as other things)
My boy was born at 34 weeks my milk is in and I'm pumping, after finishing a session my kidneys will throb it's extremely painful and I can't make it go away! Im prettysure I have an infection also Has anyone else had this problem?
