Can anyone help me !!! In pain in both back and stomach feeling the need to go toilet a lot like pressure , also discharging a lot smells and is yellow and brown feeling tired a lot

As for feeling tired, it is normal for this stage of pregnancy and won't change!

definitely go to the ER as it sounds like you have a UTI and it could be causing preterm labor.

Yes, I agree with pp. Call your doctor or midwife, if pain gets to be unbearable go straight to labor and delivery.

yes if your UTI (if that's what you have) is bad enough, it can cause preterm labor. call your dr and head to L&D! hope you feel better and get things figured out. keep us updated!
