  I bought several heavy duty cloth pads. They are so much more comfortable than regular pads!

  I bought the huge Always super heavy overnight pads at first, but I bled a lot so I really needed them. They were huge but that's what I needed for the first couple weeks.

  I think there was a thread on this so check the board. But my hospital stocks the closets from the outside so the nurse said to grab the pads, mesh underwear, and any other helpful things they offer at the hospital and take them home with you.
