LO sleeping in front of the TV

So DH is great at getting DS to nap in his crib.  but recently, I found out why.  DH puts DS in his crib (which is in our room), turns on a kid's movie (yesterday was Turbo) and leaves the room, letting DS fall asleep in front of the TV.  While I love that DS is napping in his crib (yesterday was 2 hours!) I don't love the "sleeping in front of the TV" part.  Please tell me that we're not destroying him!

    We did it for a bit with dd. It was all that worked. She smart and happy

    We've done it with kids at different stages. Right now DD1, who just turned 3, has a little TV in her room. On days when I know napping or bedtime is going to be a struggle, a 30 minute video before bed will calm her down and put her to sleep.

    Guppies every night before bed . Usually just 10-15 min down on the couch with me , not actually in bed , but still. It's fine !! Do what you have to do
