Prenatal Massage

I so thought that they would be over rated and I didn't have one with my first, I would totally recommend it. For the last few months my lower back has needed to crack and it finally happened. So wonderful, especially if your feeling extra off.

    I had an awesome pillow when I went that had a cut out for my belly and boobs! It was the best massage ever!

    I live for my prenatal massages! I used to love the front lying but I've actually found that to be really uncomfortable in third tri. Still love getting massages but I've been requesting side lying now.

    I just had one a few weeks ago. She had padding where I was able to lay on my stomach without putting any pressure on my belly. It was heavenly. I would think that most massage therapists have those pillows/pads.

    I had one 2 weeks ago and they had me lay on my side because I was "too big" for the cut out pillow thing to be able to lay on my tummy. Regardless, it was heavenly and I totally want to get another one!

    I've been getting one a month since my OB cleared me at 14 weeks. They are amazing! If I had the money to give this as a gift to all my girlfriends who are FTM's I would do it in a heart beat.

    I had one last week and I'm pissed I waited so long to get one. My husband has been pushing me to go and I finally went. Best experience ever. I felt like new afterwards. I laid on my side but she proped up my leg with some pillows. It was the quickest 90 minutes of my life. I'm hoping I can squeeze one more in before my due date.

    I had one after valentines day. The place I went to didn't have a belly cut out. I jokingly told my husband they need those not knowing they actually exist! My lady told me to get a note from my doctor and that it would be covered by insurance. Currently working on that :)

    I've been holding off for the last four weeks because of the PTL stuff, but got the all clear from my doc on Friday that we were in the safe zone for delivery of the twins.  Guess who immediately scheduled a massage for this next week?  This girl. :-bd

    I am going for one during Spring Break (week of April 14). I've been holding onto the gift card for almost a year. Can't wait. I had one with DS around 26 weeks. I was scheduled for another one at 36w3d but DS had other plans :)

    I got a gift certificate for one from DH for Christmas. I'm finally cashing it in the last weekend of the month and I'm so excited! Our anniversary is April 1st, so I'm going that last weekend in March for the massage, a pedi, and a haircut, and then we're going to Atlantic City for a night as an anniversary/mini-babymoon.

    I need to schedule one.  Got a GC for Christmas....went in November to Red Door and they did NOT have the cutout...had to lay on side and it was NOT comfy for me.  Now, my back is in such bad shape, I won't care what position the put me in, if it means I can get some relief.

    I had an 80 minute one in a Miami spa (while my mom had hers for her birthday). OH. MY. GOD. I was dozing in and out of consciousness and was like butter at the end. Amazing. I recommend it to all of you ladies!
