What's y'all got planned?

Mine is starting off pretty well. I woke up early and DH is still asleep, so I'm having breakfast and watching E! I never get to have breakfast and watch tv on my own because DH is an early riser. It's a beautiful day outside and we're finishing painting the baby's room today. Then we're going to see our nephews (they're 3 1/2 and 9mos). Should be a happy day!

God I love watching E! on my own without DH bitching about how trashy it is.

I've got my baby shower today! I'm pretty excited. If only I could fall back asleep (it's about 630 am here). Maybe I should get off the bump lol!

Also love it when I can watch E! or any other reality or TLC show bc the hubs always complains. Sometimes you just need a little trash tv in your life

Hopefully breakfast at the reataurant (my favourite meal to eat out!) then who knows?
I think a weekend day always starts out well when you wake up early enough to have a little time to yourself, and watch trashy tv if you want to!

Hopefully a long nap, had my baby shower yesterday, we were lucky to get everything we need and then some!, but we ended up staying at my parents over night with a full house of family. Got no sleep whatsoever, so now instead of my planned day of putting baby stuff away organizing and food shopping , my new plan is just get everything into apt. , take long nap in front of TV and order out dinner

I'm hoping DH will go to the bagel store. I'm also planning on taking a nap.

We have to clean basically our whole house, UGH.

And I told my family I'd have dinner over here. WTF was I thinking. (We go to my mom's every Sunday)

I started cleaning the bathroom yesterday... Maybe I will get down to that nesting crap everyone's been afflicted with. Dunno. I would totally get Taco Bell for lunch, though.

I'm not sure how many of these things will actually get done but I'd like to clean one of our bathrooms, get my mat leave paperwork done so I can send it in next week, start filling in my pre-admit paperwork for the hospital since they need it on Wednesday, and go do a bit of grocery shopping. I'd love to put our new swing together today too but that might be too ambitious.

We're in the process of buying a new house!
I'll be consulting with my designer friend about interiors around 10:30, then going to Main Street America is Spring to walk through 12 model homes for more ideas.

All this with 19 mo DS in tote. Wish me luck.

I got woken up early by my pups. I made Pillsbury cinnabuns for breakfast. I'll be watching tv until I decide to do some paperwork for work tomorrow. Then maybe a nap and relaxing.

Well whenever DH wakes up (I'm gonna let him sleep in a bit cause he never gets to) we're gonna make breakfast (I finally got cinnamon rolls!!!!). Then we plan on going to the mall for the day. He said he'll take me out baby shopping and have lunch since last night he screwed up. We were supposed to have a date night last night, but the motorcycle ride he went on with his buddies ended up 3 hrs longer then he wanted and we didn't get to go. I was pissed.
Whenever we get home from some shopping we're having dinner at his aunt's house for her birthday. Should be a good Sunday. I hardly get to see him anymore, so anytime spent with him makes me happy

We are continuing to move today... Started Friday and it is taking sooooooo long!! The house is a disaster, and I don't know where to put all of our stuff! The whole process is giving me anxiety. I am NEVER moving while pregnant again! Don't do it ladies! Just don't.

Luckily, DH noticed how crazy I was acting and surprised me by putting together the crib while I was at work. It made my crazy ass cry... But in the good way.

I did some nesting yesterday - cleaning out closets, organizing drawers, etc. I'm on a roll so I'm sure I'll do more today. My dad and DH are hanging some shelves and closet organizers here so I'm excited to get them installed and filled up! Other than that we had a lazy day around the house yesterday so I'd like to get out and do some errands today.

My mom is making corned beef and cabbage for dinner so we will probably go over there later.

I made pancakes and bacon and the pancakes actually came out really fluffy! We'll do laundry, grocery shopping and who knows what else. Should be boring but we did a 60 hour workweek so we're both exhausted.

I've been up since 6, not really doing anything productive. H made breakfast, but he's going to be working on a group project all day (*which I just found out is essentially a "How To" for first-time moms on pregnancy, childbirth, etc... I think this is hilarious because he's in a group with three young girls who think babies are cute but have no idea what they're talking about, but I feel awful for him because he just can't get away from baby stuff*), so I'll be house hunting and hopefully going shopping for groceries. Then it's time to start our Thank You notes. Big ol' Sunday planned.

DH just left to go mountain biking and I've got cinnamon rolls in the oven. I need to clean and do laundry and then DH are I are going out to lunch (assuming he gets back in time). I've barely been up for 2 hours though and I'm already thinking about a nap.

Woke up this morning with some bad cramping.. After some calls to the on-call nurse, today will be spent relaxing with a heating pad and making sure nothing gets worse.
It's nice to lay down for the day, but idk how you bed rest ladies do it!

So today, nephew #1 (the 3.5yo) decided it was cool to wear his underpants OVER his jeans, just 'cuz. He also thought it was cool to put nephew #2 (9 mos) in the laundry hamper, put the lid back on and walk away. Such a caring big brother.

I am recovering from the wedding I was in yesterday. I slept in a little and then went to work to grab some materials. I am going to wash all the baby clothes we have so far and work on my long term sub plans.

If it requires physical effort, shoes, or clothes other than yoga pants, it is not happening today!

Kind of hoping it rains so I don't feel bad for not taking my dog for a walk. H is working so he has the car so I'm just going to be hanging out at home. Probably change the linens on our beds and clean up a little.

Working. Wah wah. Luckily though Sundays are usually pretty quiet. I spent the morning doing some cleaning because we have painters coming in starting tomorrow to paint our entire home except the master bedroom and bath. I'm glad we can afford to pay someone else to do the work, but I'm not totally thrilled with having a pack of strangers working in my house for two or three days.

Laid in bed for a long time, started some laundry, assembled light saber night lights for the nursery, sorted through DD's newborn tote for anything not pink.

Need to eventually run to the store for lunch stuff. Back to reality tomorrow.

I slept. For a very long time. Yesterday (baby shower) was physically exhausting after 8 weeks of bed rest. Plan for the rest of the day is to start thank you notes, eat leftover shower food (so many finger sandwiches and a huge mixed fruit bowl), maybe watch a little Netflix, and try not to make our perfectly clean house any messier.

I just got back from an 8 hour natural birth class at the hospital. EVERY single other couple annoyed the crap out of me. & now I have to pack for a 4 day business trip. & why is it snowing? Sunday Funday my ass.

I had my prenatal massage, then I played around the house with DD and did some work. I relaxed and it was nice.
