Yellow spit up?

DD has spit up yellow fluid after feeding last evening and this evening.

Dr Google has yellow spit up on the "not normal, call your pedi" list.

I'll call the nurse's line in the morning, but now I'm paranoid. Has anyone else dealt with this? DS rarely spit up and it was always white.

    I went through this the first few weeks DD2 was home. Hers was yellow and really sticky. She seemed fine other than that. I told the doctor and showed him a picture of it and he wasn't concerned. Eventually it stopped happening. I hope it stops for your DD as well. I freaked out too, it seemed so not normal

    My DS had this too- my doctor also said it's no big deal without other symptoms :)
