So the Girl Scouts gave us a Thin Mint brownies recipe when we bought our cookies

It basically consists of stirring crushed up Thin Mints into brownie mix.  Still, I'm tempted.  What does Parenting think -- delicious idea, or waste of Thin Mints?  It calls for one sleeve of cookies.

  • I'm not a mint lover but even I say... DO IT!!
  • I made some with a layer of thin mints on the bottom. It turned them soft. Mmm.

  • I think they sound ah-mazing!! But I do like the suggestion of using off-brand cookie. Doesn't Keebler make a "grasshopper" cookie that's similiar?

  • Also some of the best brownies I've ever eaten I made with melted Andes mints. Bonus: the green can work for St. Patty's . :-bd
