in the morning my legs are pretty crampy/stiff...like its hard to first walk and then it gets better. Anyone else have this? Its making me worried about my circulation...
Make sure you're well hydrated and are getting enough electrolytes. If you're eating a normal balanced diet you should be fine, but you can try eating more bananas if you want (they are good for potassium), but if you don't like bananas you can try drinking Gatorade. I would cut it 50/50 with water though, because it has a lot of sugar in it :-)
I just told my midwife about my horrible leg cramps at night/in the morning. She also suggested I take a calcium/magnesium supplement. Although where I work we do recommend a good intake of potassium and drink lots of water to stay hydrated.

I have to second the Gatorade suggestion! I know it is empty calories but it has helped so much! I buy the mix at the grocery store so that I can make it with extra water. I am still very stiff in the mornings but I think that is just to be expected at 39 weeks, but I rarely get the terrible leg cramps and my legs do feel better in the AM.
