Transfer Process at FI.RM?

If anyone has any insight into what the transfer process is like at FI.RM? My company is trying to plan a trip to London, but I think it will interfere with my cycle if we get to transfer durning my next cycle. From what I understand the process should work like a FET (which I never did since we never had anything to freeze), so something like this: I would go in for a baseline around CD 3 at my local clinic, then if all was ok I could start meds as prescribed. Then around CD 13 I would go in for a lining check and if my lining is ok, I would start progesterone and go to FL for my transfer 5 days later. Does this sound right? We would be leaving for the trip to London right around CD 2 or 3 which would interfere with a baeline appointment. I haven't heard from Nan (the coordinator yet) so I am not even sure if we will be able to transfer next cycle. ::sigh:: Why does everything need to be more complicated than I expected?

DH (32): SA is ok, slightly low morph, normal SCSA Me (32): Slightly low progesterone, hostile CM, carrier for CF, Moderately high NKC, High TNFa, heterozyogous mutated Factor XIII, and +APA
October 2012-May 2014: 4 failed IUIs, 3 failed IVFs, and 1 failed FETw/donor embryos
November 2014: IVF w/ICSI #4 Agonist/Antagonist with EPP and Prednisone, Baby Aspirin, Lovenox, and IVIG for immune issues. Converted to freeze all due to lining issues. 2 blasts frozen on day 6!
January 2015: FET #2 Cancelled due to lining issues
April 2015: FET #2.1

Hi twinkie! Congrats on moving forward with FIRM! I only know of one person on TB who is cycling there, but there may be more. @Love4Labs326 may be able to shed some light.
I can't remember if I mentioned this to you before, but I started a donor embryo group on FB (totally secret, no one will see you are a member) and we have LOTS of ladies there who have or are currently cycling at FIRM. If you wish to be added, just send me a PM. Good luck with your cycle! I understand persistence with Nan is key since she is very overloaded.
