MSPI and reflux/spit up in the older baby

Hi!  My DS is 10.5 months old.  I've been dairy free since he was 2 weeks old, and cut out soy shortly after.  (He was colicky and had evidence in his diaper).  He also had/has reflux. 

His symptoms have been under control, and I accidently had some dairy and it showed no affect in him, so I've had some more.  I'm no longer seeing evidence in his diaper, but he's started spitting up again.  Has anyone seen this as a symptom of MSPI?  I'd love to introduce dairy and soy to him and back into my life, but the spit up bothers me, especially when he hasn't really spit up for a few months now.

    Is he on solids now too? That can make the diaper signs a little tougher to see. I'd try cutting the dairy back out and see if he stops spitting up. My DS was spitting up a lot more before I cut out dairy.
