What sleep aid medication can I take while nursing?

I am still nursing my 15 month old, but I just had a miscarriage and I have been having trouble sleeping at night lately.  Do any of you take anything to help you sleep at night?

    Yeah Ambien is insane...My bil takes that and my sil has told us some crazy stories about it.  I will try the tylenol pm and see if that helps.  I need something.  Thank you!

    I've taken benadryl with no impact on my supply. ETA: I'm so sorry for your loss. I had a M/C in 2010, and it was really hard.

    -My step-daughter is 12 years old.

    -BFP #1 on 9/2/12, D&C 10/18/12 no heartbeat on US @ 10 weeks.

    -BFP #2 on 1/7/13, R was born on 9/22/13 via C-Section
