1 Year!!!

I posted here a lot last spring, we had our first baby, Warner, on March 12, 2013. This week we celebrated 1 year if EBF'ing! I just wanted to say thank you to the women on the board- regulars, newbies, or like me the occasional poster- it was so helpful to have support, guidance and empathy when needed! BF was "easy" for us... ie: no problems with latch, supply, mastitis, etc... and at the same time it was the hardest F*ing thing I've ever done! I have a job and go to school, lug my pump every where, travel frequently... nurse in restaurants, museums, on trains, planes and in automobiles, wrestle with that stupid nursing cover, well you get the point! I just want to applaud all the mamas here who are working so hard at BFing! No matter what your experience is, it is a ton of work and deserves a big internet high-five! I will continue to visit this board and hope I can be helpful to other moms, just like I received advice and encouragement when I was just starting too!image
