    I got chased out of my house by a raccoon again, but your night/day takes the cake!  At least my landlord fixed my problem the same night (kind of). 

    Hope everything is fixed now!

    @littlefish1, yes we're still there.  The rent is so reasonable and when nothing bad is happening it's a nice place :)

    Our landlord paid to have the bathroom cleaned and replaced our belongings that were ruined so we weren't out any money. 

    We Made A Wish....
