    It looks like this really is the last check-in! Well, I have an update!! I was so excited and posted the news yesterday, I'm sure most of you already know. But we found out yesterday that our frostie ninja's CCS results came back normally!!! We are over-the-moon happy to have a shot at this! After going through three ERs, and only having had one transfer so far... it was just so devastating to get canceled before transfer with IVF #2 due to all of our embryos arresting. I'm sure you can imagine the anxiety we have been going through over the past several months wondering if it would happen again. The fact that we have a fully hatched blastocyst with 46 normal chromosomes... we are just beside ourselves with happiness. We are absolutely humbled, and are praying so hard that this is our baby!!!

    QOTD: Highlights from this past cycle include finding out that we had one blastocyst to freeze, and then getting the CCS results back. The lows included several sleepless nights due to anxiety... wondering and worrying about everything that is out of our control. We are definitely not out of the woods yet, but are very much looking forward to our FET in April.

  • I put off checking in because I couldn't think of a positive for this cycle :(
    But I'm going to go with how I felt on transfer day laying on the table. I felt so happy, excited, hopeful, I couldn't stop grinning, and I wasn't even on Valium!! I definitely did not feel the absolute heartbreak that I feel now. But I'm choosing that as the highlight because I'm going to focus on getting that feeling of happiness back. No matter how many cycles it may take, but please god let it only be one more!!

    We are taking march and April off to get a second opinion and see a reproductive immunologist. It may be another shot in the dark, but hey gotta try everything.

    I am so happy for all you bfps and huge hugs to the bfns.

    @RunCC37‌ so excited for you to transfer that little ninja of yours!

  • @missmarypoppins, I am sending you all my hugs right now. I'm so sorry for you and everyone on the list of BFNs & Angels... IF is so, deeply cruel and unfair. We all feel our joys and pains differently, but reading what you wrote about the high from your transfer day to the lows you feel right now... they resonate with my soul. Whenever someone from our IF family is heartbroken, all of our hearts ache along with her as we remember our own not so distant heartbreaks from the past. Keep your chin up! No one said this would be easy... but I believe it will be worth it <3

    I'm just hanging out, waiting for our 2nd ultrasound next week. Afraid to look too far ahead.

    We haven't shared with anyone (other than you ladies) yet.

    Hugs to those who need it and GL to all.

    QOTD: FET seemed less traumatic to the body than a fresh cycle plus freeze. However, hormone replacement therapy is still kicking my butt.

  • Hi ladies!  It was a pleasure getting to know you all this month during our cycle.  Congrats to all the BFPs and (((HUGS))) to all those whose cycles didn't turn out as well.  I wish you best of luck wherever the future takes you.

    We got the CCS results from our one frozen embryo and it was normal!  I'm so relieved.  Even though the cycle wasn't as "successful" as our previous ones, I'm thrilled to have another frozen embryo.  IF really is a roller coaster of emotions.

    @missmarypoppins - sending you hugs, too. I couldn't think of anything positive about my cycle either. Still can't. I liked my doctor, but he screwed it up so bad that we're breaking up with him. Maybe that will eventually be a good thing, but I don't see it right now.

    @CallaLily30 and @RunCC37 - yay for good results!!!

    @Andrea2380 - Good luck!

    Thanks so much to our check-in leaders!! @jlr96 @RunCC37

  • {{{Hugs}}}} to everyone who needs them!!  It's been so wonderful having support from you ladies through all of this!

    QOTD: Now that i'm past the depression of a BFN - and the pain of everything being so swollen - I can see that other than the final result my whole cycle was positive!  I have 2 main Highlights tho - first would have to be retrieving 14 eggs when all along the docs assumed I'd only get 4 or 5 follicles.  And then the second would be being told we only had 2 embryos healthy enough to freeze and then at the last moment one of my not so great embryos having a growth spurt and ending up with 3 frosties!
