ASD son wants new baby to be a girl

My son almost 7 and has classic autism, global developmental delay and a chromosomal duplication.  We are expecting our fourth child in August.  He keeps telling me "baby girl in tummy".  When I tell him it might be a boy he gets very upset.  He will throw himself down and start crying "girl, girl".  He has both an older brother and little sister.  His older brother is amazing and very sweet with him, but they don't play together much.  Where as his little sister is his best friend in the whole World.  At home they play together so much.  She is about 5 and they are developmentally at the same level.  In many ways they are like twins in how they interact with each other.  I think this is the reason he wants the baby to be a girl so badly.  Does anyone have any tips on how to get him to understand and possibly accept this could be a boy.
