EPing ladies- question for ya

I don't EP every three hours as I used to. I have gone down to every four hours during the day and then a six hour stretch at night while LO sleep. I noticed a little pre period blood today after peeing- the brown/dark red kind. I haven't had cramps or anything, so it's kind of surprising. I haven't had intercourse in a few days either. I could call my doctor, but I'm not too concerned as I know it's very possible to ovulate while breastfeeding. Just wondering if any of you have started your period yet or did in the past while EPing?

Edit: I am almost 8 weeks pp.

How many weeks PP? Could just be the return of the dreaded PP bleeding?

I forgot to mention that- almost 8 weeks pp. return of bleeding!? I haven't heard of this!

Yeah I'm pretty sure I had my period at about 8 weeks pp. Sucks.

While EPing with my first *and* on the mini pill, I didn't get my period until I stopped pumping.

I thought mine had stopped by my 2 wk visit but my doc was quick to point out it would return if I overdid it. Sure enough, any day that is busier than usual and I will have bleeding the next day. I'm 4.5 weeks post c/s.

Asked about weeks PP as within the first 6 the bleeding can come and go....outside of the 6 weeks more likely to be the return of the period. Was quite enjoying the whole no period thing as well
