Fenugreek

Can you get used to fenugreek so it's no longer effective? Been taking it for about 3.5 months now.

Used to make almost an extra bottle a day. Now I make about what LO eats while at daycare. I understand there are miltiple variables like water intake but didn't know how others were doing.

Taking 6 pills a day (2 with ea meal). Haven't replaced pump parts but I feel like I'm empty after each pumping session. But I'll try anything!

Try 3 pills instead of 2. Also try replacing pump parts as well.
