Strengthening muscles to carry baby

Hey ladies, lately my arms and shoulders and chest have been hurting from carrying baby and I'm wondering what are some good exercises to help build those muscles?

  • Carrying your baby more does a great job! :-)

    You might try the plank. Once a day for 1 minute. Pushups on your knees can help too.
