    likelyl, yes.

    Also, 2.5 million is not considered a lot for a place around here, fwiw. I mean, I am not buying it clearly but it doesn't even remotely register into "expensive"
    Which isn't to say lots of people can afford it!

    I lived in a house in England that had what would qualify as a half bedroom.  The room was about the size of a walk-in closet - roughly 5' x 8'.  I can't imagine spending so much money on something so tiny though.  Glad I don't live in the big city!

    I bet the "0.5" is because the second bedroom isn't legally a bedroom or something.  A NYC definition of a bedroom has to include a window.  That place is GINORMOUS.

    Dix, remember how I said we weren't buying?  I saw a place on Sunday and we actually have an accepted offer on a place.  DH didn't see it until this morning.  I'm super stoked.  Brooklyn baby!  Now am anxious about getting to contract as fast as possible.

    Thanks guys!  We're so excited!

    Ha, Dix, it was less than 24 hrs after I saw you that I saw the place.  Went with a friend on a whim and loved it.  I think we are now almost officially one and done -- the public school system we are zoned for is atrocious/dangerous -- so we will probably be paying for private school for L -- you know, if he can get in. :p
