LO has bad breath

I was putting LO in the Moby and I noticed he had a weird smell to him.  At first, I thought it was his diaper but then I realized it was his breath.  I've never noticed this before.  Google tells me that it could be reflux (which I don't think he has), bacteria from a pacifier or bottle or some sort of underlying condition.

Is this something worth calling the pediatrician about?  And how do I fix it?  Little Dude is stinky!  (though DH claims not to be able to smell it!)

    @flightview it's not a rotten smell.  It kind of smells like parmesan cheese.  I guess that could be bacteria?

    Yeah it's gross that he had a stinky neck but I'm glad it wasn't his breath!

    My midwife warned me about this! She said they can also get milk in or around their ears. 

    I'm pretty sure I smell like old cheese right now too :(

    It is definitely hard to clean in between my LO's neck creases. She has so many! LoL! And she definitely smells a little like cheese. We were using Johnson&Johnsons face wipes for in between baths, but we just noticed it's leaving her skin red and sore looking. I think the perfume from the wipes is to strong for her sensitive skin. So were now just using warm water on a wash cloth to get in her creases and finish with a dab of baby powder to absorb the moisture.
