BM and antibodies

I EP and am currently weaning from the pump and very close to being done with it completely.  I came down with a nasty flu-like viral illness 2 days ago. I'm mostly over it, but I still have the worst sore throat in the world.  I can keep pumping for a few more days or I could easily be done pumping tomorrow.  Anyone know how quickly antibodies get into BM and how long they will stay there?  I'm debating if it's worth continuing to pump for a few extra days just for antibody sake.

    I'm not sure about the duration antibodies get and stay in BM but what I do know is that if you have an ordinary cold, flu, bug or fever, you should still continue giving BM to your LO.
