Anyone else awake out there?

I went to bed at 9 and woke up at (roughly) 10, 11, 12, 1, and now 3. Then I gave up. Bumping and about to go make some Ovaltine. Have to go to work in a few more hours. Sigh.

Hi! I feel like I never sleep anymore. I'm also extremely hungry right now... But I'm in the middle of nursing and too lazy to nurse and walk at 4am.

Is it crazy of me to wish I was being kept up by a baby and not by pregnancy insomnia, or is that normal?

Not crazy. I'm up and feeling the exact same way. We can hold hands!

You are not alone! Haha.

I think it's normal to want the baby keeping you awake. At least they are cute to look at... However I find bumping much harder with a baby or two in front of me ... Haha.

Ps. I love the name Arthur!

Not crazy. I'm up and feeling the exact same way. We can hold hands!

I was hoping pregnancy insomnia wouldn't get me this time around but here I am. The last 2 weeks I've barely slept. My head just won't shut off. Plus I have a cold so I can't breath. With DS1 I actually got more sleep with a newborn then I did when pregnant. I would only be up with a newborn for a short period of time then fall back asleep. Instead of what is going on now where I can't fall asleep then I wake up ever 1.5 hours and am awake for another hour. It sucks. I'm not sure how I function during the day since I really never get that sleepy. I told DH yesterday that I dread going to bed because I know the night is going to be so long.

I'm up, last night trying not to check TB when I woke up didn't get me any extra sleep so I'm here checking in!

Can't wait to be awake with a baby in my arms instead of just being uncomfortable

I'm up. LOs internal clock is so accurate. Wakes up exactly every 3 hours for feedings. But this time he is refusing to go back to sleep. I'll enjoy the 4 hours I did get though

Up and nursing. Was going insane yesterday. It was just a fussy day and the post partum blues got to me. Cried most of the day. Even cried when dh told me to go to bed because even though I'm exhausted, I feel like I haven't seen dh and loved on him. My sanity is most important.

I knew I shouldn't have gone to bed at 8 last night; I'm up at 4am, eating Lucky Charms and trying not to wake MH. I was so hungry I couldn't sleep, and now I feel slightly nauseated. Oh joy...

Since we have pretty much switched to FF my nights are much better, but that 30 min or so she is awake each feeding time woww i need a drink! Haha

I'm up nursing. Dylan wakes up about every 2 hours to eat. But he went 3 hours between at one point. I'm now just trying to stay awake during this feed. Easier said than done.

Feeding again.. This girl is such a loud sleeper (grunting, sucking on hand, making noises). I think Mh is getting irritated, but if I'm up every 1.5 hours I need her right by me for my own sanity. He's just going to have to deal.

Both babies did a good job loading up at feedings last night. I was able to get two hours of sleep between two different feedings, which is great. Now I'm just hoping to get everyone back to sleep one more time after this nursing session. One more hour of sleep would be amazing.

I'm here. Between my cold and DH checking the rain situation it was a restless night. There is a rainfall warning and flash freeze flooding warning in effect here so he was worried about the basement flooding.

The MOOBS should come up with a middle of the night feeding thread (or chat link) for when you are up feeding and everyone else is asleep!

I'm late, but here. We had a fussy day too @kare_bear_12‌ LO are every 30-60 minutes most of the day. Thankfully since going to bed he's gone 2 then 4 hours. Thankfully I don't have anything today so I'm hoping for another 4 hour stretch (fx)

I'm here. I don't have the pregnancy insomnia but I do wake every 1.5-2 hrs to either pee or flip sides because the carpal tunnel is making my fingers tingly. Walking to the bathroom in the MOTH is no joke!

I'd be back to bed, but I decided to be nice to DH and I rescheduled the last of the furniture deliveries for this morning, knowing I'd be home. We're the first stop in the 8-12 window. I'd rather be back in bed.

@FarmBoysWife‌ we can't even measure because of how bad the drifting is! That's worse than the snowfall.

Also, I was behind an IDIOT DRIVER in a pickup truck on my way in this morning and nearly lost it.

Dude. Don't. Brake. Going. UPHILL!!!!! Dude braked until he spun out then I had to stop behind him on the hill and wait for him to wiggle his ass back into gear.

Grrrrrrrrrrrrr.
