No nasal bone, all other tests good- advice?

Hi girls. Hoping someone can share some personal experience. I did the 12 week screening and everything was normal. Measurements and blood work were fine and they gave me a really low Down syndrome risk. I was thinking I was in the clear. Today at the 19 week anatomy scan the tech couldn't see a nose bone. She tried different angles and said this could be a downs indicator. They are sending me for a level 2 ultrasound this week to look closer. All other measurements they took today were normal. How much should I be worried. I'm freaking out! Help!

    This happened to a friend of mine. It turned out it was just related to an asian-ancestrial trait.
