Never been to New Hope but from the things people have told me about it, the whole town is gay-friendly!

It was nice - though not in downtown New Hope. There was a restaurant that we walked to for dinner. Unfortunately it was raining/cold when we went and we didn't get to enjoy the river.
But like PP posted, all of New Hope is pretty gay/gay friendly.
I typically check Purple Roofs if I'm traveling somewhere unfamiliar. Looks like they've changed their website quite a bit since I was last on, but they do have some New Hope area listings...
