    Not yet! I have mirena and I'm still BF a lot. Returned around this time with my two previous babies, but I didn't have mirena. FX she stays away for good.

    I picked SS because I had some heavy-ish spotting for a couple days last month that I thought was going to turn into AF but it just went away. So I don't know if it was a super light AF or just some random spotting.

    My first one wasn't terrible.  It effed up my supply for a few days but aside from that it was only slightly heavier than pre-baby.

    I had no cramping with my second and the flow was back to my normal.
